Nightingale Direct Care is a direct primary care clinic that operates on a unique membership-based model. As a cash-pay, monthly membership clinic, we focus on providing a suite of services covering wellness, prevention, and curative care to our patients of all ages.

Our patients trust us with managing their multitude of chronic conditions, such as diabetes, coronary artery disease, asthma, COPD, gout, hormonal imbalances, etc. As your primary care provider, we serve as the 'hub' for all your healthcare needs, coordinating with other providers, ensuring proper screenings, and managing any required specialist treatments.

We are proud to offer minor office procedures, curative treatments, IV hydration, hormone optimization, and personalized weight loss care plans. We also address immediate needs with procedures such as joint/bursa injections, ingrown toenail removals, intramuscular injections, and laceration repairs, along with spirometry testing and diabetic nutrition education.
