These time honored traditions and recipes are usually associated with a basic lifestyle because they are linked directly to what the Earth produces as the seasons change. Basically, wholesome cooking whose goodness relies on natural ingredients.

Authentic Italian food is varied and nutritious with many wonderful pasta dishes containing all types of fresh vegetables and homemade sauces. Great Italian cooking also includes a variety of meats and cheeses from the interior and northern regions, and fresh seafood from the peninsula

We traveled around, studied, designed, and built Michelangelo's with one thing in mind... to give the people of Central Arkansas a premier "big city" restaurant but at Central Arkansas comfort and prices. Our level of quality and service rival those of much more expensive restaurants with lots of stars, and the value we offer can't be beaten by any restaurant... anywhere. We wanted to create a restaurant that made your typical dining experience something special each and every time. Our dress code is casual; no suits or ties needed here (unless you want to) so come on in, relax, or celebrate, and enjoy. We have something for everyone.
