Although I did not receive services in person from Brig at Excel Fitness Repair, I just had to leave a review complimenting this gentleman on his honesty and integrity. I had issues with my treadmill, and when I called him he spoke with me personally, although he was getting ready to go into a meeting, took my information, and called me right back when he was done, just as he had said he would. Upon speaking to him he let me know that he had already researched the issue on my treadmill and because of the type it is and the service it would need, he did not feel it would be the best thing for me to have him come out. His reasoning was that he did not want to charge me a service fee for work that he wasn't sure would accomplish the goal of repairing my particular piece of equipment. He did however offer his services to my husband if he wanted to attempt to change the part himself. He said that we could call him and he would walk my husband through the process for free. He was extremely honest and extremely helpful and I just wanted to let people know that doing business with someone like Brig is worth it! If you have issues with your equipment and need assistance I promise you he will tell you the truth and he will be fair with you. I wanted to compliment him and thank him for his services publicly.
