Wendy Warga is the owner has been involved with several construction companies over the years.

Scott Warga has years of experience in both residential and commercial construction in the Phoenix metro area as well as the inspection industry. He has been in construction and inspections for over 30 years.

Scott also works as an expert Witness on construction defect litigation as well as home inspection cases.
