All you have to go is Google Heath McWhorter to see the kind of attorney/person he is. His license was suspended in 2008 for unethical attorney behavior because he allowed his client (that he was sleeping with) to lie under oath at her own divorce trial. And it doesn't appear that he learned his lesson. (Check out www.avvo.com and http://www.noethics.net) and look his name up. McWhorter represented my husband in our divorce hearing and he not only knowingly allowed my husband to lie under oath on the stand during 2 separate hearings, (just as he did with his previous client) but I also truly believe he coached my husband exactly how to lie and what to say. I have also filed a State Bar complaint against this attorney for the exact same thing his license was previously suspended for. Definitely a huge unethical pattern with this attorney. in my opinion he is nothing more than a shady, manipulative, bottom feeder that gives all other reputable attorney's a bad name. I would bet any amount of money that his license will eventually be taken away permanently because of the unethical things he's done and allowed his clients to do under oath. If you want an honest, reputable attorney this is definitely NOT where you will find one.

I find it interesting how McWhorter decided to respond to my Google review of him and of course didn't acknowledge the fact that his license was suspended at all, or the reasons for it. But what's truly mind-blowing, is after reading his response, I actually Googled his name again to see if there was anything new on him and just found out that his license was once again suspended for a second time!! Yes, you read that right, a **SECOND TIME** Most recently, just last year in 2021. And once again for dishonesty, ethics and fraud. WOW!!! I would love to say it's unbelievable, but truly, it's not. I knew it was only a matter of time before it would happen again... The slimy, unethical behavior of this attorney that I've had the extreme misfortune of dealing with was made crystal clear from day one that ethics and morals are NOT a part of his vocabulary.
After my most recent findings of his new suspension and reading all of the court papers and disciplinary orders, I think it's time I contact Mr. Sandweiss at the AZ State Bar and ask him to review my case that I previously submitted against McWhorter for all the lies and bankruptcy fraud he knowingly allowed my ex-husband to commit. The pattern McWhorter is showcasing time and time again is simply undeniably corrupt. When an attorney gets their license suspended TWO SEPARATE TIMES for the same types of things (dishonesty, fraud etc...) which also happens to be the exact same things I have been trying to get his license revoked permanently for what he did while representing my ex-husband, then you know you're dealing with an immoral and unethical person who needs to be stopped permanently (and hopefully prosecuted) And this newfound suspension only proves the unethical pattern just continues to happen over and over again with no remorse...
