Baja Joe's Mexican Cantina

The restaurant specializes in Sinaloan-style seafood and Mexican dishes. Among its signature specialties are shrimp ceviche and cocktail, plus two dishes that can be shared, parillada mariscos, a combination of shrimp, lobster and fish prepared in a variety of ways, and parillada Mexicana, a variety of grilled meats/vegs.

For starters the table side guacamole and queso fundido are great as are the ceviche and oysters. The Parillada Mariscos is a tour de force! Everything possible from the sea. For the traditional mexican food lover the carne asada is off the hook and the fish tacos are the best around. Try the homemade sauces as well.
