David L. Fellows, EA is an Independent Investment Advisor Representative with LPL Financial and has been involved in the financial industry since 1991. He is also "Enrolled to Practice" before the IRS as an Enrolled Agent and has been preparing tax returns since 1995. In May of 2000 David decided to open up his own practice thus creating Fellows Tax & Financial Services.
