Horrible by Amanda on 9/21/2023 From a friend of mine.."Well I tried for a few weeks to resolve this and got literally nowhere. Lisa Dewitt is the delivery driver for Papa Johns Pizza in Surprise, AZ located at 13749 N Litchfield Rd. I handed her 60 for a 42 dollar bill and asked her to just give me 10 dollars back. I was surprised when she put it in her pocket and replied “oh they don’t let me carry change because I’m a girl”. I asked for all of my money back and she said “sorry” as she turned to leave. I was shocked but figured I’d call the store and explain to the manager what had happened. Then I figured he’d just send her back with my change after she had the chance to break a 20. Boy was I wrong. The store manager told me that the drivers don’t carry more than 20 in change. I reminded him that I was only asking for 10 back and he became angry and disconnected the call. Waiting a few minutes, I called the store back. This time, he answered, chuckled into the line and hung up on me. So I went down to the store to ask for the manager. The “manager” has gang tattoos on his face and smiled as he said he refused to resolve it with me. He just kept saying “I ain’t scared of you, dawg”. Like operating a business is the same as running in a street gang?Anyways, he refused to give me my money back, trespassed me from the store and sent the police to my house to warn me not to go back. Although he couldn’t tell the cops why I’m not allowed to be there. I’ve tried now through social media and directly calling corporate. Corporate keeps saying to wait 48 hours while they have the store investigate itself. They keep finding that they did nothing wrong and still, I get nothing but stolen from for my years of business. Papa Johns Pizza even blocked me from tagging them on social media because I warned them I’d put it out there if they refuse to resolve this. I’m asking my friends and family to share this, and above all else, stop giving Papa Johns your business. Especially in the West Valley, as the cops said most of the stores in town are owned by the same person. Obviously he doesn’t mind employing thieves or stabbing loyal customers in the back."
