HORRIBLE SALES REP by KAJ on 2/26/2024 We have been running credit cards through Clover for two months. We have ran over $125,000 in credit cards. Clover has held over $100,000 for two months. They are a horrible, horrible company. Rebekah has done nothing to help.On our application we let Clover know we run over $1 million a year in credit card payments and $3000 is the average ticket. The first week we ran $90,000, Clover did not like that so they said they’re holding our money until our final studies are completed. We are consulting firm, and our studies take between two and three weeks.Fast forward to today. All our studies are completed, we have emails from all of our clients, stating that they are happy, we have sent the engagement letters which were signed to Clover, we have sent them copies of our bank account, which show we have more than enough to cover any Chargebacks . The customer service rep whose name is Chaka told me and I quote “we are just not comfortable releasing your money. We will hold it for at least more months”.I had to hire an attorney, we will soon be in the middle of a lawsuit. Please, please find somebody else.
