I am not sure you can ever go wrong in getting a Subway sandwich. It is truly a value meal. The bread and cheese can vary from location to location but on the whole ranks as one of my once a week meals.

Subway remains a good deal if you are watching calories and don't want to starve yourself. The price is well worth the meal and the ingredients are always fresh, especially here.
