Applied Roofing Services (ARS), owned by Jeff Cardenas, has been providing roofing services in Los Angeles and surrounding areas since 2003. We are a full service roof company specializing in flat or low slope roofs. We use top quality products for our spray applied roof systems.

We service the entire Southern California region, from San Diego to the High Desert with services available to the Northern California region upon request. All of our roofing systems are energy efficient and are a green roofing solution which means that it is Energy Star, CRRC and Title 24 approved.

Our company maintains a qualified applicator status with all material suppliers. Each of our applicators have 20+ years experience in the spray applied roofing industry, while our management has over 50+ combined years experience in the roofing industry. Our experience enables us to deliver top-notch customer service in all areas of repair, maintenance, and inspections of new roof systems.

We are licensed and insured. In addition, we are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Our company’s owner and management have been in the spray applied roofing industry since its inception in the early 1970s.
