Lock-It is really great. Unfortunately their latest version is from XP, and it looks like they stopped after that. Their website makes no mention of a newer version, quality product though.

Icon Lock-It XP is a very sound product for what it does. However, I'd really like to see a fully supported Windows 7 version, do they even make software like this anymore?
