A lifelong commitment to my own healing, through yoga, meditation, and the healing arts has deepened my ability to provide quality and profound care for you. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with honors from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with an emphasis in physiology. I have been certified and actively practicing massage therapy since 1993, over 20 years! I have provided therapeutic bodywork for hundreds of clients and given thousands of massages spanning my career. My bodywork reflects a wide variety of modalities, and I am confident that I have the experience and training to meet your specific health care needs.

I have come to appreciate the profound benefit that massage and craniosacral therapies provide to my clients. Besides being an effective pain management modality or used primarily to reduce stress, they are very therapeutically important to your overall optimal health. I love offering my clients increased mental clarity, less pain, restored relaxation, enhanced overall health, and a more joyful and meaningful connection to life. I love living and working in the gold country. I was fortunate enough to grow up in the beautiful Sierra foothills and I am happy to be raising my children here. Providing exceptional Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy in Auburn, California is a wonderful privilege.
