This is the best restaurant in Benicia, and the best sushi around! Fish is fresh, and very well done. They can get a bit slow when busy, but overall Matsuri is world class!

I think this is the best Japanese restaurant in Benicia. I love their sushi and I usually take a friend their after a walk up and down First Street. A little over priced but fresh fish.
