Products and Services

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

I offer comprehensive psychiatric evaluations that go beyond a simple diagnosis. I will take the time to thoroughly understand your individual mental health needs, including your personal history, current challenges, and future goals. This in-depth approach allows me to develop a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to you, ensuring the most effective and supportive path toward your well-being.

Personalized Medication Management

Tailored to your individual health goals, ensuring the most effective and appropriate treatment for your unique needs. This involves a comprehensive review of your current medications, potential interactions, and side effects, leading to a customized plan that optimizes your therapeutic outcomes and enhances your overall well-being.

Ongoing Mental Health Support

Continuous support is crucial for maintaining progress and achieving lasting balance. This can include medication management, supportive talk-based sessions, and collaboration on coping strategies. I also provide referrals for formal therapy when needed to ensure comprehensive care.

Yes. If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Headway (the platform I use for billing) can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The cost for services is $240 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $160 for follow-up appointments. Please note that reimbursement depends on your specific insurance plan, so it’s important to check directly with your insurer about their out-of-network coverage.

If I am not in-network with your insurance, or if you prefer to pay privately, you can do so at my standard rates: $240 for the first psychiatric evaluation and $160 for follow-up appointments. Headway (the platform I use for billing) can provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement, but it’s important to check with your insurance company to confirm whether your plan covers these services.

"Yes, I am in-network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross of Pennsylvania, UnitedHealthcare / Optum, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, and United Medical Resources (UMR). If your insurance isn't listed, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Headway (the platform I use for billing) can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if your insurance plan allows you to do so."

The first session is a comprehensive evaluation where we review your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, we create a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication management and supportive discussion. If more structured psychotherapy would be helpful, I can provide referrals to trusted therapists to complement your care.

After you contact me to schedule, I’ll follow up with the next steps for onboarding. If you’re planning to use insurance, I’ll verify your coverage first. You’ll then complete an intake form before your first visit. Once that’s done, we’ll meet either virtually or in person for your initial session.

Yes. Appointments are available both in-person and virtually for your convenience.

My primary focus is on psychiatric evaluation and medication management. While I don’t provide ongoing formal psychotherapy, I do incorporate supportive discussion and basic talk therapy into sessions to help address concerns and guide treatment. I may also recommend bibliotherapy resources (books and reading materials) to support your progress between sessions.

I provide care for ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), anxiety disorders, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, insomnia and other sleep-related concerns, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, stress-related and adjustment disorders, and ongoing support for maintaining mental wellness.

I provide psychiatric care exclusively for adults ages 18 and older. At this time, I do not see children or adolescents.
