We are a family business that started as a Roofing & Waterproofing Contractor and expanded to Painting service when we saw a need for high quality and long-lasting painting jobs. We noticed many exterior painting jobs were not done with proper preparation and waterproofing. Lack of waterproofing not only causes the stucco surface to deteriorate prematurely, but also causes wood rot and termite damage on all the fascia and eave boards. In Southern California, it is not uncommon to see people paint the exterior of their house every 5 years. We offer a better solution to homeowners by combining our expertise in both painting and waterproofing.
