Hello, my name is Doug Kubiske and I have been selling properties at a high production level in Ventura County California for over 23 years. I have completed over 700 transactions of residential, apartment sales, and commercial real estate properties for individual and institutional clients. I know well may aspects of the real estate business in California including REO's and short sales from the standpoint as broker, owner, manager, & as lender of our own private funds. I am a graduate from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Economics- 1986. Along with my wife, we are current owners of several Ventura County real estate properties and have lent out millions of dollars from our own family private fund on real estate loans. I am a licensed California Real Estate Broker and networked with the top real estate professionals in the US through the Mike Ferry Organization. Using a 19-point marketing plan approach, my track record includes selling properties at a 98.3% sales price to listing price ratio compared to 93.83% for all other agents in the Ventura County MLS (as of 12/13).
