Barbecue, Barbeque, BBQ, no mater how you spell it, we cater slooo smoked meats and sides for your private event.
We specialize in Brisket, Pastrami, Tri-Tip, Ribs, Pulled Pork and Chicken. Each of these can come a la carte or made into sandwiches, tacos, or other dishes like, chili and chili verde. Sides include: Beans, Black-eyed peas, collard greens, slaw, and mac & cheese, to name a few. Everything is made from scratch, including the rubs, salsas, broths and sauces.
Whether you’re interested in food hailing from southern California or the deep south, we’ll be bring it with love and sweet tea.
