Michael Jestadt, president, came by today to crawl through our crawl space and explain exactly what has happened down there after a remodel. While the problems are not of Smart's making, he says he will do what is needed to make it right for us and will charge only the labour. Nice way to engender trust and my willingness to recommend Smart Heating & Air.

I called Smart Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote to replace my AC unit. Mike, came out and took his time with the inspection, and also took his time explaining to me everything that needed to be done. The pricing is competitive, but definitely worth the money. The whole install went perfect.

Smart Heating & Air Conditioning not only installed a new AC unit for our home at a great price, but installed it the day after they came out for the initial estimate. That was a lifesaver because we are expecting family from out of town this weekend -- which is expected to be a scorcher.

The install was quick and simple, and although we had a minor mishap with our fan staying on, Mike (the owner) contacted me almost immediately after I let them know -- and it was fixed the next day.

If I could give six stars, I'd have given them.

Installed my 5 minisplits in my home at end of March this year (2025), and Mike, Susie, Mark, Emilio, Juan, and the rest of their team have been nothing but phenomenal. I have been a fan of SMART since moving into my home 3 years ago, when Mike helped us get our furnace working on the coldest night of that winter. I have worked with Smart Air Conditioning and heating several times over the years.

They have always been customer service oriented, kind, professional, and the technicians that I have worked with are very knowledgeable and can explain things very well to those of us who have no idea about air conditioning!

They offer several quotes, and give you all the options available. They are prompt, With their appointments, and follow up.

I also really like knowing that this is a local, family owned business.

I would highly recommend them for any air-conditioning or heating projects you may have. I cannot say a single bad thing about them!

Very easy to book my appointment. Christian arrived on time and quickly began to diagnose my AC unit. Luckily my capacitor needed to be replaced and he had a new on hand. Within minutes our home quickly began to cool down. Christian was polite and professional. Highly recommend this company for your AC needs.

Benny and Sam came out to service my furnace, 10 months ago I was looking for a heating and air conditioning company that I could trust and would not try to up sale me just to get my money. I did my homework and found Smart heating and air. The customer service has been great from the beginning. I ended up replacing the furnace and AC and that customer service continued. It was great to see the technicians again that came out 10 months ago. If you’re looking for good service, I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed.
