Great customer service - something that is lacking with so many companies these days. You deliver what you say you will do....the carpets look fantastic and the employees are all very courteous and helpful.?

We called Starbrite Carpet for an estimate on cleaning a very dirty & in some places damaged carpet. Ken came out, looked at all the carpet & spots & told us that yes he could clean it but we would not be happy for some of the soiled spots…
