Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen

In 2011, during a depressed economy, Francisco & Linda Perez and son Cisco looking for the perfect location to build Luna Modern Mexican Kitchen, came across an abandoned restaurant in a rather unique location, with very little external presence in Corona, Ca. From the moment Francisco walked into the building, his years in the restaurant industry, his passion for people, food, and drink, and his gut instinct confirmed that this was the place where he and his son would make their dream come true.

After 5 years of success and building an outstanding reputation within the Inland Empire, the family set out to expand their dream by opening a second location. In 2015, the vision came to fruition.
