Janet O’Neal is the founder and vision behind CA Paralegal Services. Janet attended San Joaquin College of Law in 1999. She began her professional career as a paralegal where she learned to work with clients in the midst of life altering tragedies. At the age of 35, Janet branched out on her own.

Since founding CA Paralegal Services in June of 2012, Janet’s main focus has been estate planning, divorce mediation and divorce paralegal services. Janet has become known for the compassion, wisdom, and attention to detail she brings to the divorce process. Her ability to help her clients communicate through the conflict, chaos, and stress of divorce truly sets her apart from other paralegals and mediators.
