Our mission is to have top of the line equipment to handle your yards needs. Lawns perfectly striped, bushes trimmed to each individuals liking from shaped to natural. We ask the important question “how do you want your yard to look” because that’s what matters.

History
Established in 2020.

I’ve always had a love for landscape and landscape design instilled in me by my father. Our house was always so maintained with the bushes trimmed back, trees above head height and the lawn always green and edged. My father, Luis Cordova, told me that you ALWAYS have to edge the lawn, “It’s like getting your hair cut, you always trim around your ears and neck or it doesn’t look like you got a hair cut at all”. This taught me to pay attention to the details that you can see in my work. I worked as an engineer for a local sheet metal manufacturing facility for the past 12 years and decided that I was not going to find true happiness until I followed my heart. Being outdoors and making people smile lead me to my passion of landscape maintenance. I fabricated a trailer, had some equipment, and put the word out “Cordova’s Lawn Service is open for business “. First friends, then friends of friends, now property management, such as Places and Spaces and The Hignell Companies!

I have loved watching the plants grow and shaping them since I was young. I was the kid on the block mowing all the neighborhood lawns and trimming bushes over 15 years ago, and still find joy in hard work ( but with top of the line equipment).
