Both Chris and Kathy grew up in the Dana Point/San Juan Capistrano area. As active members of the community, they possess an intimate familiarity with all aspects of life in the area, from schools, neighborhoods, and community activities to the most current trends in the marketplace. Dedicated to giving back to the local community. They enjoy volunteering with charity organizations. Kathy, a licensed Broker, earned her Associate of Arts degree in business management from Saddleback College. She is also nationally-recognized Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) certification, deemed to be the most comprehensive and advanced training program. Chris, a veteran of USAF, also a with honors degree from Biola University in marketing/sales.
