We offer classes for court-ordered, self-referred, attorney suggested, etc. The program focuses on assisting you in understanding your emotional intelligence, identifying anger triggers, understanding the cycle of violence, making positive changes in your life, building emotional intelligence, stress management, self-care, self-control, and effective communication. This program is designed to help individuals in becoming self-aware. This self-development class is designed to help keep our families and communities together.
