All positive! Easy to make an appointment. Jon explained my options clearly. Your prices were better than the dealer's. Car was ready when promised. Easy access to BART. Left with a feeling of confidence in your business.

John has been a great help and works on my car nice. I always go to them for oil change and I have never been disappointed. I happily recommend them to my friends.

Finding a new trustworthy mechanic can be difficult but not if you bring your vehicle here. I was very pleased with the maintenance they did on my Toyota Prerunner and will be bringing it back next time it's due.
