CREATERE provides contemporary construction, remodeling and design services that deliver maximum value to our clients, and enable the end-user to experience an emotional attachment, and the ability for them to relate to the property.

CREATERE was founded by Sean and Armin Haghi. The Haghi brothers started out as investors – purchasing properties and converting them from traditional residences to contemporary showpieces. It was a hobby that became a full-time commitment.

While striving for perfection and continuously raising the bar with every remodel, they kept running into the same issue – they just couldn’t find a construction company who had the same passion for contemporary design that they did, including a well-versed interior design department.

They don’t just have a passion for real estate and contemporary design – they also love getting maximum value for their clients. This means paying close attention to every little detail, watching out for every client’s best interests, and make sure that no money is left on the table.
