A passion for live music and quality sound reproduction for the home market was the spark for Automated Solutions to be created in 1985. At that time, only quad speaker arrangements and in-wall volume controls were available, but the industry soon grew to include in-wall speakers and outdoor rock shaped speakers.

With industry advancement, Automated Solutions grew in knowledge, experience and reputation. Contractors, architects and homeowners started requesting automation of television, satellite, video surveillance, audio video distribution, computer networks and complete home automation from one interface. Automated Solutions answered their requests and became a trusted contractor that homeowners and professionals alike can count on.
