In San Diego, the rule of thumb is the taco shop food gets worse the further North you wander. Karina's is the exception. Typical taco shop, but this one has a jukebox which is a nice bonus. Try the shrimp burro with a sangria.

Some good Carnitas and a delicious breakfast burrito. I'm fairly new to the area but this place has me coming back again and again! I could really do with a good burrito right about now...

I'm a huge fan of Mexican food, so I tend to be picky. I don't recommend this place- they put strange cheese on their rolled tacos. For the same price you get a much better deal going to Juanitas or Ricos. Also, their horchata tasted…
