BOLD Pilates

We are a client-centered Pilates studio in Encinitas, CA with individualized and layered programming with an evidence-based approach. We build strength, flexibility, and control through dynamic group reformer classes and private sessions. Our lead teacher is Christina Flynn, who has over a decade of experience teaching private and group classes. She is fully-certified by BASI (Body Arts and Science International) where she studied directly under world-renowned master teacher Rael Isacowitz. She is also very proud to be certified by Breathe Education, an international evidence and science-based Pilates program, where she is also certified as a mentor affiliate, qualified to mentor new teachers.
