The heart and soul of Fremont Training is Esther Gonzalez. As the founder and Master Trainer, every class and session you participate in has been expertly crafted. Esther launched her own boutique studio in response to the many client's demands for a more personalized experience. For over 20 years, she has been passionately helping people reach their health goals. Before fitness, Esther spent two decades in the corporate world, and her business acumen is easily seen throughout the facility and attentive classes.
