We specialize in helping people improve function while losing weight, burning fat, and building muscle. This differs drastically from other forms of exercise where improving appearance is the only goal.

Our Methodology
Our methodology is much different than conventional 'exercise,' ' going to the gym,' or 'personal training.' It was developed over the past 12 years of study, research, and hands on experience by Owner Dave Fatula. It is a unique approach, and goes beyond what you would expect from a personal training as the this methodology draws from many different approaches, including various disciplines, modalities and methodologies.
