Orders consisting of one or two items, depending on the items' weight, are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (2-6 days). Orders consisting of three or more items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days).

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Please allow 2-5 weeks for delivery. USPS does not update tracking information for packages shipped via First Class International Mail Service, which is the cheapest shipping method that they provide. We politely ask for your patience on this, as we are fully aware that the tracking issue can be very frustrating to you.

Exchanges, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All returns and exchanges (domestic and international) must be made/requested 7 days within the delivery date. We recommend customers use a tracking number when sending back returns. Your return/exchange must be shipped within 3 days of requested date. Please email your tracking number to weborders@sickoutfits.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyer pays for return shipping.

All return items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags still attached to qualify for a return. If you ship such items not meeting our requirements, Sickoutfits will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.

Returned items bought on promotional sale will not be credited promotion. (example below)

Example: Promotion offers 10% off when spending $100 or more (3 items on average). Customer decides to return one item of their three purchased items, taking their order total under $100. This will disqualifying the promotion from the original order resulting in a PARTIAL REFUND only. No exceptions.
