stopped by with no appointment midmorning to see if I could get an oil change. they took me in and had it finished within the hour. John in service was wonderful and got things done great.

They took me in without an appointment and I was able to get required maintenance done, and they told me of impending work that needed to be done soon without pressure to get done now. This is a good way to keep my business.

The issue with my vehicle is not resolved! I feel the service rider and the technicians are frustrated with the citation but imagine how I am feeling?! I once in for all want someone to take the next step, cause this is a LEMON CAR.
