As always, my experience at A Family Dental Practice of Highland is great. The staff are friendly and always timely. Procedures are also thoroughly discussed before they are done.

I love that every time I walk in the office I am greeted right away! They always ask me how I am doing and are very personable.

They pulled a tooth of mine about a week ago and they were awesome. They advised me in come in the next week to check on it because I was having pain. I wasn't charged anything and they let me come in immediately! Thank you!

Dr. Bilbao is just the nicest guy, so sweet. Every appointment I have he compliments me on overcoming my dentist fear. He always takes care of my cleanings and fillings wonderfully.

They are really personable here and know me when I walk in the door. They send reminders for my appointments and I never have to wait while i'm there.

They're really good about getting you in fast. I hate just sitting in the waiting room, but I'm never there for more than 5 minutes. Very efficient.

They have a good practice with a great staff. I've been coming about 5 months. Usually I'm nervous but they've been helping me out there.

The staff is so amazing to my 2 children. They make them laugh at put them at ease. They make them forget about being at the dentist and it really helps in a huge way.

They don't have a sales person in their office which I really appreciate. It's the dentist which tells you what you need, and he does it. I don't like the big dental office where the doctor looks at it and then leaves and has the sales…
