Our chef d'orchestre, Véronique Paris, is a French Canadian who fell in love with Southern California over 20 years ago. Her cuisine is inspired by her knowledge of French & Mediterranean food but also by her childhood spent on a farm in Quebec. She can customize your menus for different occasions but always uses local, fresh and mostly organic ingredients. With her French accent and creativity, she is the perfect fit for your next event
