Hi, I'm Tess Brightman, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I hold a master's degree from Charles Drew University. I have 15 years of health care experience working in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency room settings. I have extensive knowledge and a strong foundation in depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, and neurodivergent disorders.

I'm committed to providing compassionate care and fostering a therapeutic environment where you feel empowered to take charge of your mental health journey.

In my sessions, I strive to create a balanced approach that includes both therapy and medication management.
