Hardeep Singh, M.D.

Hardeep M. Singh, MD, FACP, AGAF, is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology in Orange and Irvine, California. He grew up in Orange County, California, and obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Southern California.

While completing his internship and residency at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Singh received the Leo Rigler Award for his academic achievement, and while completing his fellowship in Gastroenterology, he was named as the Kaiser Permanente Fellow of the Year.

Dr. Singh received additional training in Endoscopic Ultrasound at the University of Montreal. He has published research on ERCP techniques, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, management of liver transplant patients, autoimmune liver disease, and management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

Dr. Singh established his practice in 2007 at St. Joseph Hospital in Orange. He has focused on general gastroenterology, with specific interests in management of end-stage liver disease, treatment of Hepatitis B and C, Endoscopic ultrasound, and endoscopic management of gastrointestinal cancers. He is actively involved in the Liver Tumor Program at St. Joseph Hospital and started their Endoscopic Ultrasound Program in 2010.

Dr. Singh has received many accolades, including being recognized as a Physician of Excellence from 2011-2018 by the Orange County Medical Association. He was recently selected as one of the top gastroenterologists in the Western United States by Vitals.com. In 2015, Dr.Singh was recognized by the American Gastroenterological Association as an AGA Fellow, for his superior achievement in clinical practice. Dr. Singh received the Trademark Who's Who recognition as a top doctor in 2016.
 
In addition to his work at his practice, Dr. Singh considers community service a personal responsibility. Dr. Singh volunteers regularly at La Amistad family health center, providing care to the underserved in Orange, California. For years he has helped organize Access OC at St. Joseph's Hospital, a non-profit organization that helps to provide screening colonoscopies to uninsured patients.
 
Dr. Singh has been a contributor to multiple articles on gastrointestinal health, featured in Cosmopolitan, Yahoo.com, Good Housekeeping, and Runners World.

Additionally, Dr. Singh is the Medical Director of Endoscopy and the Medical Director for the Endoscopic Ultrasound/Biliary program at St.Joseph Hospital in Orange.

Dr. Singh is proud to provide care to patients in Orange, Santa Ana, Irvine, and Newport Beach, and offers flexible scheduling, including Saturday procedures.
