It's quite unusual for a business to write a 5 star review for its competitor, but I feel obligated to do so as MAC flooring has been so courteous and professional to me when I was desperately looking for a solution in a particular situation(trouble). At least several hours of hesitation were spent before making the call to MAC flooring.. because it is obviously weird to get some advice from a competitor. It however turned out that all my worries were for naught. Christine did not hesitate to share her extensive professional opinion and knowledge with me, and because of her I was finally able to find the answer to the problem and make my customer happy. You see.. this world is filled with competitions. Every corner of the streets and they are hardly friendly, tough and even vicious sometimes. However, I am of opinion that there is always market share for each business.. especially for the business with good philosophy. One business cannot just monopolize all local market. It never works that way. So.. why fight? Help each other and grow together. There is nothing better than Win-win. MAC flooring showed me the moral example of the ideal business mind, and for that, they do deserve my appreciation to the highest degree. Thank you Christine & Grant, and MAC flooring!!

I am going through renovations in my townhouse and have to say MAC Flooring is the ONLY contractor that I've been 100% happy with! From the constant contact, patience (with me changing my mind and them storing my carpet WAY longer than they prob should have) and cleanliness, they have been AMAZING! Kristen was extremely thorough and helpful which made the process seamless! The installers went above and beyond and even helped me rearrange some furniture when they finished the installation. I wish they can come back and finish the renovations on the rest of my house! :)

Last week I had the entire downstairs of my home redone with LVP from Mac flooring. I was impressed from day one in the showroom with Ricks knowledge and integrity. He continued throughout the project offering good ideas and workarounds to situations as they arose. The demolishing of ceramic tile is a messy job and the team sent to me (Francisco, Francisco and Victor) could not have been better at trying to help me control the dust. They were on time every day, quiet as they worked, and cleaned up nicely everyday. The final project is beautiful and I credit them for that. 5 stars for sure, I felt like my satisfaction was important to this company.

We have used Mac Flooring on 2 different projects and have been more than satisfied on both. We recently completed a major remodel and had a horrible general, however, going direct to Mac Flooring was the highlight of our project. Our floors look amazing!! I would highly recommend Mac Flooring if you are looking for great customer service, great pricing and beautiful floors at the end.

Recently engaged the services of MAC Flooring to furnish and install new wood flooring and carpet at my new place. As before, the MAC team was professional, timely and did a great job on the install. Kristin & Grant's recommendation on the carpet selection for the stairs looks so great with the wood. I hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I'll definitely be looking to MAC for my future flooring needs.

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor. We were in a bind since we had just fired our last contractor who left our entire house demo'd with shoddy work in our bathroom. But MAC came to the rescue and was very accommodating to our situation! From scheduling the initial in-home consultation to take measurements, design assistance with selecting the right materials for our home, installation, final walk through and contracts/billing, all the professionals at MAC were extremely helpful and very meticulous with their work. Very competitive pricing for the quality of work they provide. We did have a few minor hiccups during the install (as nearly all construction projects run into); however, MAC addressed the issues very professionally and timely and still completed the job within quoted budget and on schedule. Highly recommend MAC Flooring!

Called Venetian Flooring given their stellar reviews only to find out they only do wood. I spoke to the owner who referred me to MAC Flooring (awesome as they're in competition) for my porcelain/wood look tile. Got on the horn with MAC and had a 20 minute conversation with Grant about the project; no one takes that kind of time anymore, I was pretty much sold at this point. We scheduled an appointment for them to come measure and see the house. I'm in North OC and the're in South OC; they agreed to meet me at my house at 5:15pm despite the hellacious traffic, another A+ in my book. Rick was the one that came up to bid the job and measure everything. Well, after viewing my Home Depot plank, he brought some Marazzi Cambridge Oak in a Natural Color to compare. He educated me on the cheaper Home Depot tile that was more expensive to lay and less natural looking given the variation/warping that accompanies that manufacturing style vs. the slightly more expensive rendered tiles that lay flatter with smaller grout lines for a more natural look that would be cheaper to install. Both would be about the same price but the texture, print, and color of the product he brought was unbelievable next to the cheesy HD plank. He then whipped out his carpet samples. I was ready to pull the trigger based on his knowledge and the product quality of the samples that he brought. He encourages me to bring my wife to the showroom that Saturday to confirm everything and draft the contract.

This review is long overdue! Mac Flooring is absolutely amazing. We bought a brand new house and didn't want the builder to install our wood floors due to the outrageous price they were trying to charge us. That's when my friend suggested Grant and his team to do the work. We had as many appointments with him as we needed to make sure we were getting the exact flooring we wanted. Once we got the keys to our new home, Grant and his team worked so hard to make sure our floors were done within a week. Mind you, he did our whole house from the downstairs to upstairs, laundry room and bathroom! Talk about quick! Since our house was new, we knew the house wasn't completely settled and that there could be some shifting. We didn't have too many problems,but when we had minor tweaks here and there, I called Grant and he sent his team to come fix it within a few days. The price on the flooring ended up being about $1000 cheaper than Home Depot's bid with the inferior product and it included 5" baseboards as well. We signed and were on our way with a $1,000 deposit. Demo started and my engineered wood flooring only to find it glued not floating and a VERY poor glue job at that. The guys tore it up, took an extra 2 days given the complications and charged me $0 additional for that added labor. Love that kind of service. Brad, the project manager was VERY responsive via text and thorough in his explanations. Rather than hit me with "sorry, way more work, it will cost an extra $500" he apologized repeatedly for the delay. Again, awesome. There was a 4 week lapse between demo and install and I was renovating the house as well. Once renovation ceased, I called Brad back to schedule the install. Within 3 days, I had new tile/wood look flooring with 1/16" grout lines laid PERFECTLY flat and beautiful new carper and pad with our 4.5" baseboards. The contractor we selected for the renovations made me think that every part of this job would need me there to babysit and teach people how to do their job. Well, MAC proved that wrong. Their service and quality of work is impeccable and I will be referring them to everyone. Also, I'm now so used to contractors hitting me up for more money on jobs yet to be completed that it was nice that MAC flooring did everything with a $1,000 deposit up front, balance paid on completion after the final walk through. Love a business that works off a handshake like I do. Now for the gripe as every review needs a little whining. It must have been in the contract and I didn't see it but my baseboards are Swiss Coffee. I hate that color and all my door casings are bright white. I wish they would've called me before painting them a mis-matched color to my other moldings that were already installed rather than just doing it. If it bugs me enough, I will repaint them; it was just worth mentioning. I will add some pictures shortly!

Not only did Mac Flooring help us decide the perfect carpet within our budget, NO heavy sell was included. Rick, the salesman, knew his carpeting. The gentlemen that laid the carpet, Arturo and Miguel knew their trade, also. They vacuumed every spec of loose carpeting before they put everything back exactly the way it was. These are great guys to have in your home. They were so helpful!!!! We are exceptionally pleased. This is the only dealer to to business with.

MAC installed our new wood floors in our new home in Coto de Caza and I couldn't be happier with the product and service that they provided! Their prices seemed about average, but their service was outstanding! I was extremely impressed with the post installation cleaning service that was offered and the follow up that made me know they care about the work that they do. I highly recommend MAC Flooring!
