I have been a customer since they opened and have always had a good experience here. Yesterday I was stuck in traffic and had to reschedule for the early afternoon. That was handled with ease, and Teri gave me another great haircut!

The hair stylist did not pay attention and over cut the hair around my ears which it is really bad and I think it is basic skill for any stylist. Not happy at all from the service

I have been coming to Metro for men for 4 years, always have a great experience from check in to my haircut, front desk is always friendly and helpful, and Kim is the best at cutting my hair.

I think the cut was good service was good the only thing I did not appreciate was the front desk person telling me what to tip. I thought that was a bit over stepping and did not care for that. Otherwise overall good experience.
