The technician was extremely professional, transparent, and communicative throughout the whole process. I was very satisfied with his service as he did the furnace cleaning. He arrived within the time frame he was scheduled, went above and beyond to explain in detail, and even cleaned up afterward. I will recommend him to everyone.

It was Jakob, a very capable and proactive guy who managed to handle the cleaning and even finishes it within an hour.
