great experience by Sukhmani Torres on 4/2/2020

Reception and all service staff were very helpful and cordial. Our beachfront room on the third floor had a balcony and a great view of the pool area, the ocean, and sunrise- magnificent. Food in the tavern for dinner and breakfast was good. Especially liked the lowcountry shrimp and grits. They surprised my husband with a slice of chocolate cake with "Happy Birthday" written on the plate when we casually mentioned that it was his birthday!

great resort by Dione Lester on 4/2/2020

A very friendly welcoming place to spend a couple of nights. All personnel were very well trained, accommodating and helpful (all done with a smile). Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. Food was delicious and the view was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make the stay so pleasurable.

Fair at best! by UnkCom via Citysearch on 1/1/2009

While the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and the service was very good the food was only ordinary. I ordered the bone in rib eye steak and while it was cooked perfectly it had no seasoning and was kind of tough. Like the first post…

Mariott- LA Airport by Brittany W via Insider Pages on 12/5/2008

Prices are fairly high, but you get what you pay for. Very clean rooms, friendly service, approachable staff, and relatively spacious rooms. Very close to the airport, which is very convenient. I would recommend.

Good service and rooms by Tiffany Y via Insider Pages on 11/30/2008

This hotel is supposed to be only two blocks from the LAX airport, but I would not walk that on those roads. Instead, I took the hotel's complimentary airport shuttle service, which runs at least every 30 minutes all day and night--a great…
