Jennifer R. Berman, MD, is one of the country’s leading authorities in the field of female sexual health. Dr. Berman serves as the director of the Berman Women’s Wellness Center, a comprehensive, multidisciplinary facility in Los Angeles, California, dedicated to women and wellness. 
Dr. Berman is a New York Times best-selling author and rose to national prominence for her groundbreaking research, activism, and advocacy for women’s issues. Today, Dr. Berman uses her voice and media platform for positive change in women’s sexual and menopausal health. 
As a thought-leader known for her groundbreaking research in women’s health, Dr. Berman made a name for herself by disrupting entrenched, outdated notions pertaining to female sexuality and menopausal health. Her message, commitment, voice, and vision have had a significant impact on women across all generations, and she continues to create positive change for women and girls today.
Dr. Berman earned a master’s degree from the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore and a medical degree from the Boston University School of Medicine. She completed her general urology and pediatric urology training at the University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University and her fellowship training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Dr. Berman co-founded the Female Sexual Medicine Center at UCLA, served as its director, and pioneered a series of groundbreaking clinical studies that impact the field of female sexual health to this day.
Apart from caring for her patients, Dr. Berman makes regular appearances on Dr. Phil, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and Conan O’Brien. She also served as co-host of the CBS Emmy award-winning television show, The Doctors, as well as Discovery Health’s TV Guide award-winning show, Berman & Berman. 
Dr. Berman continues to conduct research and consult with private companies and major brands to develop new strategies and treatments for optimizing overall women’s health.
