A Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Avocet Playa Vista offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and integrated health care including rehabilitative therapies. Residents own a long-term contract for care and services in a well-appointed private residence at the community with access to all community amenities and offerings. Avocet Playa Vista was built in 2017 by LA Jewish Health and formerly known as Fountainview at Gonda Westside.
