MEET DR. RAJAN M. PATEL,
Rajan Patel, MD, is dual board-certified in orthopedics and sports medicine, with a fellowship in adult reconstruction. Specializing in orthopedic surgery, he currently sees patients at Patel Orthopedics in the Carthay Circle area of Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Patel grew up in Orange County and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with honors with a degree in molecular cell biology with an emphasis on cell development. During his undergraduate training, he taught biology, volunteered at medical clinics, and was an active participant in the Alumni Association and University Healthcare Worker program. He then attended the prestigious Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. During medical school, he received various awards, including the Papanicolaou Fellow in Anatomy Award.
