In 1962, Holiday Market established its first store on historic Front Street in Cottonwood, California. Today the company still has its headquarters on Front Street, taking pride in its small-town roots. There are now fourteen Holiday Market stores in Northern California and Southern Oregon, all of which are owned and operated by North State Grocery, Inc., an 100% Employee-Owned Company.

This store is no longer as good as it once was, sadly it is now nothing like the one located in Paradise. They used to offer organics and better food, but a year ago Holiday decided to make it into a "discount market". They never did go…
