WASHINGTON MUTUAL HAS ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE FAST AND YOU USUALLY DON'T HAVE TO WAIT VERY LONG IN LINE. THEIR DRIVE THRU TELLER IS VERY QUICK AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.
