The 10,000 square foot facility includes a full size boxing ring, MMA cage, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu area equipped with the highest quality Zebra mats, and a Strength & Conditioning area. Koa Fitness Newark is family friendly with programs for members starting as young as 5 years old.
