The prices are good because they have 1/2 price sales daily. I go a few times a month and find pretty good sales. They only problem they dont have a place to try on clothes and dont give refunds.

This store has fun costume jewelry, some high quality clothing hidden among the racks, and we found a pair of very nice never-worn men's shoes for $3.00! Fun place to "treasure hunt".
