The Alpine region Cabernet was sooooooo good, and I'm not particularly a Cab drinker. Many of the pourers in Napa recommended Chimney Rock to us, and I'm glad they did!

This winery up on Silverado Trail does indeed have excelleent views but the wine is pricey. I am not sure if the wine is worth the price but still had a pleasant experience here.

Chimney Rock Winery was one of our first stops on our self-created Napa Valley Wine tour. It was a great place to stop. Beautifully maintained. They offered a great tasting selection and the staff answered all of our "dumb" wine questions.…
